Our enemy is out to steal our song and our our singing ability. Watch the news and try to sing? How can we sing in this mess? God’s song is powerful even when the world is a mess. Let us be encouraged and to encourage others to sing … God is going to do something new, get ready for it. Christians need to Sing Out for the Lord. It is normal to fell forsaken when we feel forgotten and all of our efforts seem to be useless. But there is One who is touchable and approachable when we’re struggling with feelings of infirmity.
In other word we need to change our focus. And instead of focusing on our problems, our hurts, and our troubles and disappointments, start focusing on the goodness of God, it will change our song from a song of sorrow to a song of praise and joy.
Above all we changing our focus changes our song, and that lifts us from distress and depression to a state of confident faith and trust in God.
Sing to the Lord a new song;
Sing to the Lord, all the earth.
Sing to the Lord, praise his name;
proclaim his salvation day after day.
