Dear God, This world keeps spinning faster, becoming a new disaster. With all the worry and fear, I’ve come to know my protector, and it makes me fearless. You never, never, never let me go; you made me fly limitless.
You give me hope when everything seems hopeless. I’ve seen how heartless the world can be. Please help me to be fearless and focus on you alone. Jesus, in your presence, I name my fears. You are the essence of life. I cast all my anxiety on you—both my personal fears and the great issues of the world. Touch my tongue to be expressive with your holy message.
So I keep my head up, knees to the ground, because this is my battleground. The triumphant sound of trumpets and battle flags fills the air as I march.
